Once a Year on Blackpool Sands

To anyone that gets it, this film has to be one of the best examples of humanity hard fought to exist freely within the difficult backdrop others make for the rightful to exist.
I don't wish to spoil the plot, only to reinforce that to covey the storyline, it is exquisitely acted, daylighting the intense emotions of true love, but not only of that.
Good love and of heartache, with a rich character driven cast with their own hues, giving rise to solidarity of spirit. (In the non-religious sense of course!)
I loved this film. Finely done as the English can do so well.

I gave it 5 stars for the above reasons, just the video's (or film's,) exposure contrasts are s little sharp and so detail in the shaded aspects of the picture become obscured somewhat.
I didn't think this film was poor in anyway, but a film you can feel strongly about the characters and for the characters, but with a hopeful and positive response to life. It does gave grit, toughness and sadness built in. The story is done, but you want more.
