Whenever Casper Andreas has a new film out, we are lucky. This time he has teamed with David Michael Barnett who wrote and produced the film. In "Kiss Me, Kill Me" we meet Dusty (Van Hansis) who has a black out while confronting his cheating boyfriend Stephen (Gale Harold). When he comes to, he finds that Stephen is dead, murdered, and he is prime suspect.


There is something very different about this film in that the characters just happen to be gay but it is not the only thing about them. It is just as I have written in the title of the review, this is more than a sexy gay thriller. This is the new trend in film today. Sexuality takes a back seat to the plot of the film and is no longer a defining detail of the story or the characters. Here we have a film on the order of film noir.

We meet Stephen Redding, a successful producer of reality television at his birthday party when his boyfriend, Dusty discovers that Stephen had an affair with Craigery (Matthew Ludwinski) who happens to be a very hot number. This humiliates Dusty who leaves the party and heads off toward a convenience store followed by Stephen who tires to explain that it was just a fling and is over. Suddenly there was a flash and Dusty blacks out. When he awakens, we learn that both Stephen and the clerk are dead. Dusty knows that he has to find the murderer in order to clear his name. To say that the movie is over the top would be an understatement but also to say anymore about the plot would ruin your viewing experience. Joining Gale Harold and Van Hansis in the cast are Jai Rodriguez, Shangela, Kit Williamson, Brianna Brown, Yolanda Brown, Matthew Lundwinski, Jonathan Lisecki and director Casper Andreas.
