Academy Award-winner J.K. Simmons and True heartthrob Ryan Kwanten star in this wild new horror-comedy from director Rebekah McKendry. Glorious follows Wes (Kwanten), a man in great turmoil over a recent break-up. Driving along the highway, he ends up at a remote rest stop where he proceeds to get blackout . The next morning, hungover, he stumbles into the empty restroom and begins having a conversation, through a glory hole, with a mysterious unseen man (Simmons) in the adjacent stall. As their dialog grows increasingly uncomfortable, Wes soon realizes he's involved in a situation he can't easily walk away from - and that he may be the only hope in stopping a catastrophic event. Though it's not an overtly gay film, Glorious plays around with homoeroticism and offers a few distinctly cheeky winks to gay viewers.
