John Cameron Mitchell

The adorable and exquisitely talented John Cameron Mitchell is the actor/writer/director/producer who brought us the innovative cult classics Hedwig and the Angry Inch and Shortbus - two of the best queer films ever made. In addition to his cinematic efforts and theater work, Mitchell produced Jonathan Caouette's captivating documentary Tarnation, directed music videos for bands like Bright Eyes and The Scissor Sisters and hosted the Independent Film Channel program Escape from Hollywood. He is also featured in the documentary Indie Sex.
